This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Domestic Orders — Thailand
For orders delivered within Thailand, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- With original tags attached
- Free from stains, makeup, perfume, damage or alterations
For returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size, colour preference or fit, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to change of mind, incorrect size, colour preference, fit or other personal reasons.
Please review all product descriptions, measurements and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@somethingaboutus.net with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs or videos of the item
Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund.
This applies to both domestic and international orders.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for voluntary return or exchange:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Swimwear where the hygiene protection has been removed
- Earrings and pierced jewellery
- Personalised or made-to-order products
- Sale, archive sale, sample sale and promotional items
This does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.

Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes and other international charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
